Barrel House: Bourbon Barrel Aged Dead Blow Tropical Stout

ABV: 12% IBU: 27

We took our Dead Blow Tropical Stout and aged it for 17months in bourbon barrels. This imparted a nice heat, and notes of chocolate, to round out this rich fruity stout. We then gave it a healthy dose of coconut to compliment the dates used to brew this beer.
