Barrel Aged Dark Charge (2023)

Available for PICK-UP ONLY in our Covington Taproom at the 2023 Dark Charge Winter Block Party, Saturday December 2nd. 

Our base 2023 Barrel Aged Dark Charge features a blend of multiple vintages, curating the perfect cuvée. This year's Base Barrel Aged Dark Charge is a blend of 2021, 2022, and 2023 vintages.

Showcasing deep aromas of stone fruits such as plums that pair nicely with the notes of coffee and roast. The bourbon barrel character brings forward smooth notes of vanilla, toffee, and caramel that complement the beer’s overall heavy mouth feel. It’s a perfect harmony of complex roasted malt stout character with the delicate notes of bourbon and oak.
