Half Stack’s big brother is a massive pastry stout. Super thick mouthfeel is provided by an extended boil and a whole lot of lactose. A reiterated mash filled with chocolate and crystal malts gets the gravity way up while providing a sweet, chocolate, and caramel forward base. Final additions of maple, cinnamon, and vanilla present the finishing touches of this pancake-inspired imperial pastry stout.
