Our rotating dessert Berliner Weisse is meant to bring fresh-baked desserts straight to your glass. They are brewed to be light and clean with a bit of lactose to provide some sweetness. We use a specially modified yeast strain to bring a clean acidity to our fermentation before adding hundreds of pounds of lemon puree. A short time spent conditioning on vanilla and cinnamon results in a sweet, tart, and delectable lemony dessert in your glass.

In the coming months, we will release additional Dessert Berliner Weisse variants conditioned on a different set of adjuncts that bring to life some of your favorite dessert flavors. We can’t wait to share them all with you.
