Shipping FAQ

Based on our current licensing, we are only able to ship to Ohio and Kentucky. Additional states will be added as we receive licensing and as states allow for direct shipping of beer.

Legal requirements to shipping beer to your doorstop add additional cost.

When you purchase alcoholic beverages through our website, we commit inventory to your order. If you elect to pick your product up at one of our locations, you have 60 days from the time of order to do so. Due to the commitment of inventory and our desire to only offer fresh product, we will dispose of the product after 60 days and no refunds will be issued.

Local governments may have restrictions on the sale of alcoholic beverages. By purchasing alcohol via Braxton’s online store for delivery, you attest that you have checked local laws and confirm that delivery of alcoholic beverages is permitted. We cannot ship to localities that restrict the sale of beer or alcohol.

All Braxton alcohol shipments must go to a personal or business addresses in the United States. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or any other type of virtual address.

Any products containing alcohol are legally required to be signed for by an adult. Adult Signature Confirmation by UPS or other providers means that being physically present and having an ID available for age verification are necessary to take delivery. 

Tip: Having the package delivered to your workplace or utilizing the UPS “Hold for Pickup” at one of their centers near you are great options to ensure delivery.

We will strive to ship your order within 48 hours and it will be shipped on your behalf via Ground transportation with tracking information forwarded.

If your order is returned or refused after three attempted deliveries it will not be refunded. Additional fees for returning the product may be incurred by purchaser if passed on by the delivery provider.

Shipping providers require that we use approved shipping containers that prevent product leakage. We do our best to use simple packaging made of recycled content.

Title to the products purchased from Braxton passes to you at the time your order is paid. You authorize Braxton to contract a carrier on your behalf to deliver your order. Braxton makes no representations to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import alcoholic beverages.
