This year, STAVE trades the seated dinner for an immersive tasting experience celebrating the best in beer, bourbon, and culinary expertise. Step into an intimate evening where flavor, creativity, and community come together in a new, progressive format.

Enjoy chef-curated entrée stations crafted by Chef Mitch Arens of Carmelo’s. Each station pays homage to The B-Line® in NKY and is expertly paired with our 2025 Dark Charge Imperial Stout or an O.K.I. cocktail. Wander, taste, and discover at your own pace as you savor premium flavors designed to complement every pour.

Hosted by Cincinnati’s own Molly Wellmann, the evening flows with live music from The Hot Magnolias and exclusive behind-the-barrel moments from Braxton’s team. 

Evening Flow:

• 6:00–7:00 PM: Cocktail Hour

• 7:00–7:15 PM: Welcome Remarks (Jake, MeetNKY, and Chef Mitch Arens)

• 7:15–8:45 PM: Progressive Tasting Stations & Pairings

• 8:45–9:30 PM: Dessert Station & Final Toast
