From barrel to crust, our Cobbler Series takes inspiration from the classic southern dessert where slow-simmered fruit, warm spice, and rich sweetness come together in perfect harmony. This Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout blends dessert decadence with deep roasted character, serving up a sip that's as comforting as a cobbler fresh from the oven.

Peach Cobbler - This bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout brings the cozy nostalgia of homemade peach cobbler to life in every sip. Juicy peach layers fold into warm vanilla, brown sugar, and toasted pastry, all enriched by the depth of bourbon-soaked oak. Sweet, smooth, and aromatic, it finishes with a gentle touch of cinnamon and caramelized fruit, creating a decadent, dessert-inspired experience.

Cherry Cobbler - This bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout channels the rich, nostalgic flavor of homemade cherry cobbler. Bursting with tart cherry sweetness and layers of vanilla, brown sugar, and buttery crust, it’s balanced by deep roasted malts and bourbon warmth. The finish lingers with notes of dark fruit, oak, and a hint of caramelized sugar.

Blackberry Cobbler - This bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout captures the essence of a freshly baked blackberry cobbler. Ripe blackberry sweetness weaves through layers of vanilla, toasted crust, and rich chocolate malt, complemented by smooth bourbon and oak undertones. The finish is decadent and jammy, with a lingering touch of spice and caramelized fruit.
