Dark Charge: Graeter's Chip Set (2024)

The Dark Charge Graeter’s Chip Set brings together two Cincinnati icons for a trio of limited-edition barrel-aged stouts: Black Raspberry Chip, Toffee Chip, and Mocha Chip.

Inspired by Graeter’s legendary ice cream, each variant blends the rich character of Dark Charge with the classic ingredients used in Graeter's Ice Cream. Celebrating bold flavors and quality craftsmanship, this set offers a decadent, dessert-inspired twist on our iconic Imperial Stout.

Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip - A bold twist on a Braxton favorite - using the same puree as Graeter’s in their Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip Ice Cream, this dark, rich brew marries barrel aged stout roasted malt with the sweet-tart essence of black raspberries and decadent chocolate chips. The bourbon's oak notes add depth, creating a bold twist on a family favorite collaboration!

Toffee Chocolate Chip - This Braxton and Graeter’s collaboration brings Dark Charge together with the indulgent flavors of Graeter's Toffee Chip Ice Cream. The sweet, buttery richness of toffee and the velvety smoothness of rich chocolate blend seamlessly with the bold roastiness of Dark Charge. The bourbon's oaky warmth elevates the complexity, creating a rich and unforgettable dessert-inspired experience.

Mocha Chocolate Chip - With this Graeter’s Collaboration, we modeled Dark Charge after one of our favorite Graeter’s Ice Cream. This rich, velvety barrel aged stout melds bold coffee notes with the creamy sweetness of chocolate. The bourbon barrel aging adds layers of oaky depth and warmth, creating a sophisticated, dessert-like experience with each sip.
